This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what is considered acceptable and prohibited use of Akashi Hosting services.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activities, including hacking, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Hosting malware, phishing websites, or scam-related content.
- Distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.
- Spam, bulk mailing, or email abuse.
- Cryptocurrency mining without prior approval.
- DDoS attacks, botnets, or any network abuse.
3. Resource Usage
- Users must not excessively consume CPU, RAM, or bandwidth beyond fair usage limits.
- Unoptimized scripts or software causing performance issues may be restricted.
- Free/trial services have strict resource limitations.
4. Enforcement & Violations
- Accounts found violating this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice.
- Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from Akashi Hosting and partner services.
- Users must comply with requests to resolve policy breaches within 24 hours.
