This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what is considered acceptable and prohibited use of Akashi Hosting services.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities, including hacking, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Hosting malware, phishing websites, or scam-related content.
• Distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.
• Spam, bulk mailing, or email abuse.
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior approval.
• DDoS attacks, botnets, or any network abuse.

3. Resource Usage

• Users must not excessively consume CPU, RAM, or bandwidth beyond fair usage limits.
• Unoptimized scripts or software causing performance issues may be restricted.
• Free/trial services have strict resource limitations.

4. Enforcement & Violations

• Accounts found violating this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from Akashi Hosting and partner services.
• Users must comply with requests to resolve policy breaches within 24 hours.
