How do I create and access an email account?


You can create personalized email addresses using your domain, such as info@yourdomain.com, directly from cPanel.

Step 1: Create the Email Account

  1. Log in to your cPanel account
  2. Click on Email Accounts
  3. Click Create
  4. Select the domain you want to use
  5. Enter the email username (example: info)
  6. Choose a password or generate one
  7. Set storage limit (or leave it as default)
  8. Click Create

Step 2: Access the Email

You can access your email account in two ways:

1. Webmail

  • Go to: https://yourdomain.com/webmail
  • Log in with your full email address and password
  • You can choose a webmail app (like Roundcube or Horde) after logging in

2. Email Client (Optional)

  • Click Connect Devices inside the Email Accounts section in cPanel
  • Use the provided settings for IMAP/SMTP (for apps like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
