When your email account reaches its storage limit, you won’t be able to receive new messages until space is freed.
How to check mailbox usage:
- Log in to your cPanel account
- Click on Email Accounts
- Look at the storage usage bar next to each account
How to free up space:
- Delete unwanted emails from your mailbox
- Archive old emails locally to your computer
- Empty the spam and trash folders regularly
- Increase mailbox quota in cPanel if your plan allows
